General Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Jewels of Isis, please read these terms and conditions carefully before using our website.

Please note that our ancient beads are all individual, and that some are worn by the passage of time and the elements.  Every effort is made in the photography stage to give a true representation of the beads.  All fittings are however new, and each piece is carefully hand made to ensure that you can wear it as you would any other piece of jewellery.

We are committed to protecting your privacy as an online customer, and do not under any circumstances, share or sell names or any other way distribute information about our online visitors. The information you provide will only be used to manage your purchases.

As an online store, Jewels of Isis is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week and we are ready to accept orders at any time. It’s fast, easy, and it’s safe.

All prices are excluding VAT, and this will not be added as we are not yet required to pay this.

Delivery times: Most orders are despatched within 24 hours making UK delivery about 2-3 working days. However, during busy periods and public holidays, this may take longer.

You can pay by cheque (goods will be dispatched once your cheque has cleared), or by Paypal, which includes credit card payments.
